Sleep Retreat

Package is subject to availability. Late check-out is available until 12pm, subject to availability. The salt lamp, in-room aromatherapy diffuser, oils and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed from the room will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

In-Room Spa Ritual

Package is subject to availability. The salt lamp and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation may be taken at check-in, and any items removed, lost or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Active Wellness Kit

Active Wellness Kit is subject to availability. Fitness equipment, yoga kit and Pilates equipment are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation may be taken at check-in, and any items removed or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Fitness on Demand

Fitness on Demand access is valid for a period of 5 days. Guests use the service at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit and able to participate in physical activity before use. Guests are responsible for exercising within their own capabilities and should stop immediately if discomfort or injury occurs.

Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual

Express LED Face Mask Glow Ritual is subject to availability. The LED face mask is provided for exclusive use for up to 24 hours during your stay and remains the property of the hotel. The mask must be returned to the front desk at the end of the 24-hour period or on check-out, whichever is sooner. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed, lost or damaged will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and available until 12pm, subject to availability. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.

Non- refundable or transferable

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excludes northern
Ireland residents, employees of Cairn Hotel Group, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Cairn Hotel Group is the sole “Promoter” of this prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter reserves the
right to refuse entries which it reasonably suspects could cause offence.
3. All entries must be submitted by completing the form directly via the competition page on the Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross website, nominating a UK business leader who most deserves a break.
4. The opening date for entries is 10.08.2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 31st August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. One winner (Chosen name) will be selected at random by The Promoter via a generator and winner will be notified by email by Cairn Hotel Group by the 30th September 2026.
7. The winner will receive the ‘Holiday from your Business’ package at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross.
8. The winner will be notified by email from Cairn Hotel Group and must provide an email address to claim their prize, your data will only be held for the purpose of informing you if you have won the competition and will be deleted within 2 weeks of the end of the competition.
9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 days of the Promoter’s email, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize – will be communicated to the winner direct from Cairn Hotel Group within 60 days of prize confirmation.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The prize is supplied by Cairn Hotel Group. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter (under the supervision of the independent person where the decision relates to the random draw) regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and
conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to
award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion
where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability
for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize
except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or
that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any
entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within
the courts in the United Kingdom.
